Well done to Sarah (35:27) for a fine win (and new Ladies course record !) for the Ladies, after a real battle with Susan Ridley.
Mike McG didn't have it all his own way this year, with a strong contingent from Edinburgh and Fife taking the first four places; Mike's 5th place (34:29) good enough still for first Vet and Wull was 8th (35:19) for 3rd Vet.
Further down the field, Kenny knocked a full minute off his previous GGHR best with 37:35, holding off the fast finishing Scout Adkins 37:46.
Julia finished in 40:54, ahead of Eddie Balfour 41:45, reversing their recent Screel Hill Race result.
Well done too, to our celebrity Scott Hasting who completed the course in 48:55 - not bad for your first hill race !!
