Moorfoots at Baddinsgill Round Hill Race 2013

Race starts up ridge on RHS and runs anti-clockwise

A new local race, hosted by the Costorphine Club, at Baddinsgill Estate in the Pentlands, just up the road from West Linton Golf Club.

11 and a bit mile circuit of the Baddinsgill Estate boundary - plenty of hills, boggy bits and navigation challenges - all in all, a great wee race.


Three Moorfoot competitors this year (Russell ran it last year when it was a test event) in the field of about 40 runners.

Mike McG - wrong turning whilst in 4th place and missed out last hill - DQ I'm afraid (would have been ~1:47)

Kenny - 1:56 and 7th place

Russell - 1:59 and 13th place
