Well done to Moorfoot Rhoda McPherson, who finished in 13th place in her age category at the Duathlon World Championships in Edinburgh, held on 5-September, representing GBR.
Rhoda's time for the 10Km run/42Km cycle/5Km run course was of 2:40:54.
A week or so's well earned rest and then we'll see you back at training for more winter hill reps - OK !
The Elite woman's category was won by Scot Catriona Morrison in 2:02:47
(note - slightly shorter course than the age group ladies !!)
