Russell and Julia on their hill running travels again - this week at the Merrick (Galloway's highest hill) down at Glen Trool, near, well actually, not near anywhere big; quite close to Newton Stewart.
Russell picking up seventh spot (1hr 50 mins) and Julia twentieth overall and third Female in 2hrs and 12 mins).
Hope you've both left 'something in the tank' for next week's Breweries Race !
