Again, note that the sessions start fairly promptly at the times stated, so try and be there 10 mins or so in advance. Where there is a race scheduled for the Sunday, there may still be a number of runners still wanting to train, so feel free to stick an email around the club distribution list (or I can stick something on the blogger) if you want to arrange an alternative session....
