New Club sessions for beginners starting Tue 19th April

The club has been trying to find a format which will encourage more folk to discover the joys of running with others!!!  It is targeted at both beginners and also existing runners who might want to try something new...


The attached flyer gives details of the sessions which start on Tue 19th April and initially run for 7 weeks.
