Scott is 1st Vet 50 at Edinburgh Half Marathon

Scott MacDonald continued his 100% winning streak as a Vet 50 making it 2 from 2 by winning the age group category at the Edinburgh Half Marathon on Sunday morning clocking the highly respectable time of 1:21:56, 87th overall. Scott was in great form prior to his pneumonia in his left lung that hit him on his birthday and made his loose 2 weeks of training in the month before this event, and Scott went off like a man on a mission going through 10km at 37:20, unfortunately his missed training caught up with him in the last 5km otherwise he would have surely been sub 80 mins.
