Moorfoot Festive Run Results, Innerleithen - Sunday 20th Dec

Another great turnout by the juniors and seniors in Innerleithen at the festive runs today, to follow up on the Cardrona runs last month . Details explained in the earlier blog post http://moorfootrunners.blogspot.com/2020/12/moorfoot-festive-handicap-innerleithen.html

A big thank you to the marshalls and timekeepers (no easy task with everyone finishing so close together): Fiona and Alice Williams, Dave and Lewis Gaffney, and Oli Jepsen. Also thanks to Debby Strain and Innerleithen Golf Club for use of the car park and for the cafe being open for us to enjoy refreshments after, and the club for subsidising drinks and treats.

Well done everyone and it was great to see people out and enjoying themselves.

We are awaiting the updated Scottish Athletics guidance following the announcements of tightening of COVID restrictions yesterday to understand how this may affect the plans for training and other social runs over the festive periods, and will update once we can.
