Caerketton, Club Champs and 2 races added to the series !!!!

 A busy week saw a small squad head to Hillend to run up and down Caerketton in the blazing heat.  A tough wee race I'm still struggling walking down stairs.

 Also a few guys running at Cademuir Rollercoaster on Saturday.

With only 6 races to go in the champs Martin Holt looks good to be consolidating first place with a few more Parkruns under his belt.  Andy Cox has charged up to second place, and Tim Warner hanging onto third, but it close !!!!!

I have just checked with the organizer of the Baddingsgill round and its not on this year.  There was no races in September so I have added on the Scottish Half and 10k Musselburgh Sunday 18th September
